For the initial text of this article, we thank the International Press Institute (IPI) website, which gave permission for the use of the text and the photo through this email below:

Please go ahead and use the photo of Antonio Fontan, as well as text from "50 IPI Press Freedom Heroes". Reference to IPI would be greatly appreciated.

Best regards,

International Press Institute (IPI) Spiegelgasse 2/29 A-1010 Vienna Austria

Their email is in response to my email which contains the following paragraphs:

I would like to ask your permission to use the article and the photo of Antonio Fontan, one of the Press Freedom Heroes of IPI, for Wikipedia: http://www.freemedia.at/IPIReport/Heroes_IPIReport2.00/16Fontan.htm

If not the whole article, perhaps we can use a part of it. Of course, I am also interested in using the photo as well.
